Welcome to Mosaic District, the urban renewal project in development for Merrifield, VA.

Created to be the central gathering place for the Merrifield community, the project will offer a mix of uses and ample open space, including two parks and designated areas for neighborhood events, performances and festivals. Community-serving retail, hotel, office and a mix of residential, inclusive of affordable, workforce and market-rate housing, will be featured here.

The low-impact design for Mosaic District dictates environmentally friendly and responsible development features that improve the quality of life for the community. A green roof and metro shuttle, in addition to the overflowing pedestrian-friendly space, are examples of sustainability in the design for this vibrant downtown district.
